Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

I want to say a big thank you to all of you who helped with our celebratory Pentecost event. The international lunch was delicious. Thank you to all of you who brought food and to those who set up and cleared up. The Auction was also a great success. We raised over 1,900 CHF. Thank you to all of you who generously gave of your time, talents and money!

Further Fundraiser: Guided Walk in Bremgarten
To further add to our church funds, Cecily has kindly offered to lead a guided walk around the Roman/Celtic remains of Bremgarten, which would also include a nature trail and trip on the Zehendermätteli ferry. We hope this might also be a good social event. We will be sending out further details in due course.

Online Study, Wednesday 7th June
Our final online study session on will be on Dietrich Bonhoeffer's book, Life Together, will be on Wednesday 7th June, 7:00 - 8:15pm, via Zoom. More information and the Zoom link will be send out next Monday.

Summer Fête
Our summer fête will be held on Saturday 10th June, 10:00 - 15:00.
Come along and enjoy our usual food stall, book stall, homemade goods, gift items, raffle and tombola and children's activities. The restaurant and cafe will be open all day. Please pre-order crumpets, scones and pies, and other gift items here.
Items from the Food Stall need to be purchased at the Sale itself.

We still need help running stalls, setting up and clearing up and baking cakes. If you are able to help, please let the office know.

This year the food at the Summer Fête will be entirely vegetarian, in keeping with our vision as an Eco-church. To help the caterers running the Grill, we would like to know which of the different options would be most popular, so we don't waste food. If you would like to have food from the Grill, please respond to our poll under this link.

This Sunday is Trinity Sunday, when we celebrate that the God we worship is Three-in-One: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

A prayer for Trinity Sunday

Holy God,
faithful and unchanging
enlarge our minds with the knowledge of your truth,
and draw us more deeply into the mystery of your love,
that we may truly worship you,
Father, Son, and Holy Spirit,
One God, now and for ever.
Amen
