Our traditional Nativity Play will be part of the main service on Sunday 14 December. We need lots of children to be shepherds and angels. We also need some main characters – Mary, Joseph, the Angel Gabriel and a few more. Each of these has a small speaking part. We will allocate the parts during the Junior Church session on Sunday 30 November and also practise some of the carols.
On Sunday 7 December we will find costumes for those taking part and rehearse the various scenes. After the service there will be a short run-through in the church, so that everyone can see where they are at the various times during the service.
This is a highlight of the year and many people attend this service. So if you would like to take part, please come on 30 November to get prepared.
