Each year, St Ursula’s holds an “Annual General Meeting” (AGM). This year, the AGM will be on Sunday 22 March after the service – so around 11:30. It will be held in the church.
If you would like to attend this meeting and be able to vote, your name needs to be on the Electoral Roll.
If you would like to stand for council or churchwarden, or as an Archdeaconry Synod representative, your name needs to have been on the Electoral Roll for at least six months. The nomination sheet for these elections will be available in the church hall from Sunday 8 March. Nominations need to be made, and seconded, by members of the Electoral Roll.
