Regulations for renting St Ursula's Church and Halls
Please read the instructions below carefully before signing the agreement.

Code - please phone the Church office to obtain a code for entering the main door to the hall. If you are also using the church, you will be shown/told how to enter the church.
A payment slip will be sent to you with confirmation of your reservation.
During your use you should observe the following points:
- Do not leave the external hall door open.
You may unlock the door following the guidelines on the door.
- Any breakages or malfunctions to be reported to the Church office.
- Dispose of all rubbish as outlined in the "Garbage Disposal" guidelines.
At the end of your use please ensure that:
- All furniture is placed back into the position you found it in.
- The dishwasher is emptied and the crockery and utensils put away in the correct place.
- The tables and kitchen surfaces are cleaned.
- You take all items of food and utensils with you. Any food left behind will be destroyed unless clearly labelled.
- All floors are swept, vacuumed or washed as necessary.
- All lights and machines (e.g coffee machine) are completely switched off.
- All windows – church, halls, kitchen and toilets - are closed and then lower all the blinds in the halls.
- All external doors are locked. The door can be locked by typing "x" followed by the code you were given. Please check as you leave that the doors cannot be opened.
- If you leave the building after 10pm please leave quietly.
