The meeting opened with prayer.

1. Review of Events.

   1.1 Generally there appeared little to report on actual services.

   1.2 The actual layout for the Nativity needed looking at.

   It was decided to book the Wittigkofen centre for next years Nativity. Sunday December 20th at 16.30.

2. The re-occurring need for music/instruments/choir music group.

   It was suggested that the Council be asked to make the Worship a priority factor. We need a music director/Choir leader. Please pray for one. In the meantime we use whatever instruments are available. Introduce chorus's at Morning Prayer This could lead to flexibility in the form of worship.

3. Service Books.

   3.1 We are short of books.

   3.2 We should take the-opportunity to revise the service book. Refer to council.

4. All Age Worship.

   Suggest Sunday 22nd March and possibly 5th April when Bishop Henry will be with us.
